Why Data?
Economies are really complex, and they change very, very slowly. Data is our method of understanding what is working, and what is not. At City Alive we used a Results Based Accountability (RBA) framework. We tracked data and consistently asked the question, “Are people better off as a result of our efforts?” From understanding the current state of our economy, to identifying our dream for the future and the steps it will take to get there, we invested in this bigger picture to support our shared goals.
